It is that time of year again when we join the BFC at their President’s Lunch. This year it is on Saturday August 12th from 1pm at Balwyn Park. The game that day is against Noble Park, currently 3 v 4 on the EFL First Division ladder – should be a cracking game! Like last year, there will be a surprise interview (Scott Pendlebury last year). It would be great to get as many there as possible, as I now have a special announcement.
As part of our recruitment and sponsorship drive, Balwyn FC donated $2000 to the Panthers! This was kindly donated by their President, Richard Wilson to our Veteran Dale Rogers. We are promoting our club through BFC and so, it would be appreciated if you could attend. The lunch is free, we just need to buy a beer or two each and a raffle ticket for some amazing prizes. Those who attended last year can attest it was a fantastic day.
